This privacy policy explains how Nestworks handles personal information shared through nestworks.in. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and plan your home, and we never sell your details.

What we collect
When you fill in a consultation or quote form, we collect:
- Your name and phone number, so a designer can call you back.
- Your locality and the service you're interested in, so the right person handles your enquiry.
- Any message you write, such as your flat size, timeline or budget.
- The page you sent the form from, so we know which service you were reading about.
If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we keep a record of that conversation and any photos or floor plans you send.
How we use it
- To call you back and answer your enquiry.
- To arrange a site visit, prepare a design and send you a quote.
- To run your project if you go ahead: schedules, updates, invoices and warranty records.
- To improve our website and services, using overall numbers rather than individual details.
We don't send marketing messages unless you've asked for them, and you can stop them at any time.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when we need to:
- Our own team of designers, project managers and installers working on your enquiry or project.
- Service providers that host our website, database and images, under their own security and privacy terms.
- When the law requires it, for example a valid request from a government authority.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up, and project records for as long as warranty, tax and legal rules require. After that we delete or anonymise them.
Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies it needs to work. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we'll update this page first.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Show you the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong or out of date.
- Delete your information when we no longer need it.
- Stop using it for a purpose you agreed to earlier.
